JEME Wash Corp d/b/a Laundry on Keap ("we", "us") operates laundryonkeap.com and the laundromat at 449 Keap St, Brooklyn, NY 11211. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information you give us when you book a pickup or create an account: name, phone, email, address, delivery notes and laundry preferences. Online bookings run through our point-of-sale provider's booking tool, which collects and stores this information under its own privacy policy.
- Payment information is entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send through the contact form, by email or by text.
- Usage data collected by cookies and similar tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) to measure how our site and ads perform.
How we use it
- To pick up, clean, return and bill your laundry, and to text or email you about your order.
- To remember your preferences for future orders.
- To respond to your questions.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
