How pickup works in Bushwick
1. Book online in 30 seconds. Pick a pickup window at laundryonkeap.com/book. Pickup as soon as the next hour during business hours, 8 AM to 10 PM.
2. Leave the bag out. Any bag works. Hand it to our driver or leave it with your doorman or inside your building entry with a note.
3. We wash, dry and fold in-house. Your laundry runs in its own machine at 449 Keap St, never mixed with anyone else's, with your saved preferences for water temperature, drying heat and detergent.
4. Delivered back the next day. We text you when the driver is on the way. Bushwick is our fastest-growing pickup zone. Loft buildings along Morgan and Flushing often have several customers in one building, which is why we can keep the fee flat.
